Unopened Items within 7 Days

If you decide to return an item within 7 days of receiving it and the item remains unopened and in its original condition, you will be eligible for a refund. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive and inspect the returned unopened item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Unopened Items after 7 Days

For unopened item returns after the initial 7-day period, a restocking fee of 5% may apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned unopened item, we will deduct the restocking fee and process the refund to your original payment method.

Used Items Change of Mind

If you have used the item but wish to return it due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of 5% plus recovering costs may be applicable. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. The recovering costs cover the fact that the item may need to be sold as a refurbished or discounted item due to its previous use. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note the following conditions for all returns:
