For in-stock items, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@carhoist.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1 Centre Kirkham Rd, Dandenong, VIC, 3175. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days after receiving your payment. We will send you an email to notify you when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am-5 pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
