Warranty Period: All our hoists come with a standard warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal use during the first year from the date of purchase. In the event that your hoist exhibits such defects during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the faulty parts or the entire hoist, as deemed necessary.
On-Site Service: Our on-site warranty means that we will come to your site to assess and address any potential issues. This minimizes downtime and inconvenience for you, ensuring that you can continue using our hoists with confidence. On-Site Service is limited to Melbourne metropolitan area. For other areas, we require you to send the product back to us for repair or replacement.
Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or accidents. Additionally, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, and consumable parts are not covered under the warranty.
Warranty Claim Process: If you encounter any issues with your hoist within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and coordinate an on-site visit to inspect and resolve the problem.
Proof of Purchase: To initiate a warranty claim, you will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. This is necessary to verify the warranty coverage and ensure a smooth resolution.
Limitations: Our warranty policy is limited to the repair or replacement of the hoist or its parts. We are not responsible for any additional costs, such as labour charges or transportation fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Transferability: Please note that our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the hoist.
